Lee Priest (Lee Andrew McCutcheon) is a popular Australian IFBB pro bodybuilder who grew up in Australia. His mother was also a competitive bodybuilder and has also posed with Lee Priest onstage. He started training at the age of 12 while getting support from his grandfather. At the age of 13, he did his very first competition and won. After that, he competed and won numerous competitions consecutively at the age of 16, 17, 18 & 19.
At 19, he competed and won the Mr. Australia title, but due to his young age in Australia, Lee Priest failed to get his pro card. Again, he entered an amateur competition and won Niagara Falls Championships while being discovered and getting his pro card.

- Calves were trained on a daily basis with one exercise for 4 – 5 sets of 50 – 100 reps.
- Abdominals were trained occasionally with trunk twists & leg raises.
Diet & Nutrition of Lee Priest
Regardless of what he does in his off-season when it comes to preparing for competition or dieting, he gets strict with what he eats. He’s also a firm believer that a person should eat 6 full meals a day with every two to three hours of the gap in between.
