David first started with The Arnold Split Full Body two times per week to lose weight. However, as time went on, he even started getting into competition, and for that, he had the pre-contest workout routine, which was more focused on building muscle mass and burning fat.

David Kimmerle’s Diet Plan

David liked following the bulking diet when gaining size. However, after building muscle mass, he would follow a healthy diet that let him stay lean all year round. In addition, he likes gluten-free with no Lactose diet either. He likes a low-carb diet with sugar before and after the workout.

He mostly likes sticking with chicken, red meat, turkey, fish, and eggs. And, for complex carbohydrates, he would go for yams, brown rice, and oats.

About David Kimmerle & His Early Death

David started his fitness journey from an early age, inspired by his bodybuilder uncle. From starting, his ambition was to build a classic and muscular physique with a strong sense of self. Similarly, he also stayed dedicated to fitness. However, he has also faced hardship in his upbringing. For example, he was put in an adoption center at the age of 9, and there he struggled with loneliness, which even made his life difficult in his adulthood, as he fell into addiction, financial hardship, and depression. However, at the age of 30, he got a life-changing opportunity through his gym, which inspired him to rebuild his life through fitness.

Determined to change his lifestyle, David dedicated himself to training and also overcame his initial setbacks soon, like in his workout techniques and nutrition. Soon, he built an impressive physique. He debuted himself with a successful career as a fitness model by being covered in magazines and inspiring fans on a global level. However, life had something else, and on February 5, 2019, he passed away at the age of 41. David’s family shared about it, and it was unexpected news.
