She even managed to be selected for the Puerto Rican national skating team, and she even traveled to Columbia, where she took the experience of being a pro athlete. Although, due to some tough times like her father’s temperamental because of bipolar disorder, her parents getting divorced, she couldn’t keep up with it. And, she chooses fitness as an escape from all the tense situations.
And situation even got worse when Ana’s father was diagnosed with cancer, and she even lost her brother in a motorbike accident. Because of which she went into depression and even stopped working out.
After many struggles and help from friends and family, she stepped up and started training again and continued training for her dream physique. Later, she got determined and even began competing as a bikini athlete.
In the time span of two years, she competed in 13 different competitions, and at the age of 33, she won an IFBB Pro Card that even helped her realize her dream to become a professional athlete.
